Jaimee is a female entrepreneur whose diverse work history includes extensive sales experience and founding and operating three businesses. She received her Double BA in Public Justice and Human Development from Oswego State University in 2001. Jaimee has spent ten years in various sales and business development roles in the technology, military, and healthcare sectors, where she developed a vast network of medical providers.
Using the knowledge and experience she gained from these positions, Jaimee founded her first business, a business development consulting agency, where she helped new medical practices increase patient rosters. The consulting skills she acquired during her years in sales and business development led Jaimee to spend the next ten years developing and maintaining a book of business for her second business venture as a licensed commercial energy consultant and broker in New Jersey. Jaimee has helped more than 250 businesses reduce energy costs, save money, and become more sustainable. Included in these New Jersey businesses were two of the first multi-state cannabis cultivators to enter the state. In 2019, Jaimee joined the cannabis industry in New Jersey to help cannabis companies with development.
Jaimee founded her third and latest business in Marlboro, New Jersey. Higher Up Networking is a certified woman-owned business development agency for cannabis businesses. Jaimee builds relationships, has a network of dispensaries and MSOs, connects B2B, helps applicants, start-ups, and small businesses develop, and helps multi-state operators launch products in new markets. Jaimee is hopeful and proud to enter the retail market with an adult-use cannabis dispensary in the economic impact zone of Jersey City, New Jersey, where her career began 20 years ago.
