Our dispensary will be located in the 2nd largest city in New Jersey. This provides us with access to a large market of individuals who are interested in purchasing cannabis products.

The management team has deep knowledge of cannabis and how to sell it. Additionally, the management team has years of experience in retail management and sales.

There are currently only a small number of dispensaries that are open in or near Jersey City. This leaves a large gap in the market.

The management team has been working in the cannabis industry in New Jersey since 2019. We have established many relationships with industry professionals, cultivators, vendors, and more. All of these will help us to succeed in running a dispensary and providing great products to our customers.

We plan on partnering with the premier brands in NJ to bring the best quality products at affordable prices to Jersey City. We will do extensive research on brands to determine which ones best fit our business model.

We will be able to keep our product costs low by utilizing already established relationships with licensed cultivators in NJ.
